Vyslechli jsme též představitele polského Nejvyššího kontrolního úřadu.</p><p>Také se nám podařilo vyzpovídat oběti nelegálního šmírování spywarem <a href="https://mastodon.pirati.cz/tags/Pegasus" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Pegasus</span></a>. Opoziční politik, státní zástupkyně, byznysmen, to jsou příklady obětí nelegálního šmírování v Polsku.</p><p>Zajímalo nás i to, co pro ochranu polských občanů dělá polský ombudsman. Získali jsme i informace od soudců a státních zástupců.</p>

Tam podezření z nelegálního šmírování opozice, novinářů a státních zástupců čelí vláda vedená největším evropským spojencem ODS, stranou Právo a spravedlnost.</p><p>Skandální chování polské vlády nijak nepomohlo k vyvrácení podezření. Ta se totiž s oficiální delegací Evropského parlamentu odmítla setkat.</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.pirati.cz/tags/Pegasus" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Pegasus</span></a> polská vláda nelegálně pořídila za minimálně 24 miliónů zlotých. Senát, ve kterém má většinu opozice, byl k diskuzi mnohem vstřícnější.</p>

Opírají se přitom mj. o zjištění na oficiálních misích Evropského parlamentu v členských zemích, kde bylo zneužití spyware odhaleno.</p>
